4. DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
Your data is only passed on to third parties insofar as this is necessary to perform the contract (e.g. transmitting the delivery address to the parcel service) or if there is a legal obligation. Beyond that, your data is not passed on to third parties.
5. EMAILJS: SENDING EMAILS
To send order and contact confirmations, we use the EmailJS service (emailjs.com). The data you enter (name, email address, order data) is processed via the EmailJS servers in order to deliver emails. EmailJS processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
6. HOSTING: VERCEL
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When you visit the website, technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access) is automatically recorded in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure provision of the website). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
7. GOOGLE FONTS
This website uses Google Fonts to display fonts consistently. The fonts are loaded directly from Google servers, which transmits your IP address to Google. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy.
8. COOKIES
This website does not use tracking cookies or web analytics tools. No data is collected for advertising purposes. Technically necessary cookies may be used for the functionality of the website.
9. STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods. Order data is stored in accordance with the tax retention obligation (7 years pursuant to § 132 BAO, Austrian Federal Fiscal Code).
